What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine (the “reformer”) with springs and straps to create smooth, controlled resistance. It’s ideal if you want:
full-body strength without heavy impact
improved core stability and posture
better mobility and alignment
a workout that’s challenging, but kind to joints
Who it’s for
Reformer Pilates is a great fit if you’re:
a beginner (we’ll guide you through the fundamentals)
returning to movement after time off
looking to build core strength, glute strength, and full-body control
a runner / gym-goer / sports player wanting better stability and mobility
seeking a low-impact strength option that still feels “properly hard”
If you’re unsure what’s best for your body right now, a private session can be a brilliant starting point.
